Drizzle to your heart’s content over simple greens and sweet summer tomatoes, or use it as a marinade for mushrooms and asparagus, or any other veggies. This quick combination dressing always has a home in my fridge for tasty, fast salads.
Here’s my recipe:
- 3 Tablespoons Temecula Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Fig Balsamic
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup, or agave
- 1 teaspoon salad herbs mix
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Whisk ingredients together then serve on green salad with sweet cherry tomatoes.
