I love food, who doesn’t? But not all food is created equal. As nutritious as a bowl of oatmeal is, or any other fruit I’d have for breakfast, nothing compares to the energy I get when I start my day with this green protein smoothie. No lag, no down time, just pure energy. Can you tell I just had my breakfast? I am on it!
I’m a very active person. I hit the ground running early every morning and keep a steady pace til midnight. Aside from work, I have my food creations and photography, and all that comes with the task of shopping, prep, and cleanup. So an intended 5 minute photo shoot is more realistically a couple hours long. Then there’s house duties because laundry doesn’t do itself, same with dishes unfortunately. And I love my friends and family so I always carve out time for them.
Time flies! The days I can keep up and knock out my entire to-do list, I am mighty proud of myself!
So I can vouch for this liquid gold breakfast. The taste is amazing and I literally feel like I can do anything when I’m properly nourished. My 32 oz smoothies are portable, no fuss, in a hurry like me. No sit-down required.
How many of you skip breakfast for that very reason? Time. I used to do that. I also needed naps and coffee just to get through the day.
Who could use extra stamina and energy? Um…everyone?!
I consider the purchase of all my smoothie powders an investment in my health. Amazon has the best price for them all and being that I order them for my husband and myself every other month, some even less frequently, the $150 is well worth it.
So I’m sharing my superpower secret. You can blend bananas & almond milk and it will taste great but if you need more oomph in your meals, this is the smoothie for you! Make it and thank me later 😉
