Contrary to what you may have heard, food should not be rated on the merit of good looks. If it looks good eat it, can often be misleading. Rather, let’s hold our nutrition to the standard of “is it good for me?”

Ditch the soda and the chemical laden diet stuff. Say goodbye to all the artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and food coloring. Swap all that out for real fruit juice. Here’s a simple one to make that is delicious too.
- Juice of one orange
- 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ tsp grated ginger
Mix well, serve chilled.
